Gutter cleaning in the Tri‑Cities, WA area.

Cleared gutters, cleared downspouts, no debris left on the ground. We do the ladder work so you don't have to.

You've probably noticed…

Why people end up here.

  • The waterfall over the front entry the last time it rained hard.

  • Plants growing out of the gutter — actual plants, with roots.

  • The downspout that sounds wrong when water hits it.

  • You climbed the ladder once. You remembered why you don't anymore.

Gutter cleaning is one of those jobs where the method matters more than the equipment. Leaf blowers move debris around but leave the compacted sediment that actually causes clogs — and air pressure won’t shift it.

We clear gutters by hand, scoop the sediment, then flush every downspout with water from a hose. Anything that doesn’t push through gets a manual snake. Debris bagged and hauled off.

What's included

Everything in the price.

  • All gutters cleared by hand — leaves, needles, sediment
  • Downspouts flushed and confirmed flowing
  • Debris bagged and hauled off
  • Visible damage flagged with a photo and description (loose hangers, gaps, rust spots)

Pricing

Most gutter jobs run $300 for a partial clean-up to $1,200+ for a full excavation.

Bigger homes, more stories, or hard water spots push the price higher — and we tell you that before we start. If we notice something extra on the walk-around, we show you the price and you decide.

How we work

Start to finish.

  1. Tell us about the house

Story count, rough roof line length, and whether there are big trees overhead. Photos help if access is unusual. Free estimate, same business day.

  2. We schedule and arrive on time

Pick a window that works for you. We show up when we said we'd show up.

  3. We clear, flush, and haul off

All gutters cleared, downspouts flushed, debris bagged and hauled off. Any visible damage gets flagged with a photo and a description so you know what you're working with.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

Twice a year is the safe answer — once in late fall after leaves drop, once in spring after pollen and seed pods. Homes with lots of tree cover sometimes go quarterly.

  • What if you find damage up there?

We flag it with a photo and a description. We don't do gutter repair ourselves, but we can recommend a local who does.

  • Do you clean the gutter face from the outside too?

That's a soft-wash add-on. The black streaking on the outside of gutters is mildew, not just dirt — pressure-washing doesn't get it. We can price it alongside the cleaning if you want both done in one visit.

  • What about screens and guards?

Gutter guards and screens still need periodic cleaning — they slow debris buildup, they don't eliminate it. We lift them, clean underneath, and put them back.

  • Do you flush downspouts at ground level too?

Yes — we confirm flow at the bottom after every cleaning. If a downspout is clogged at the elbow or below grade we snake it. If the buildup is below where a snake can reach, we flag it so you can route a plumber to it.

  • Can you clean gutters in the rain?

We try not to — wet debris weighs more, sediment turns to sludge, and the work takes twice as long. If it's been raining for days and we're on your schedule, we'll text and propose a reschedule.
