Solar panel cleaning in the Tri‑Cities, WA area.
Dust, pollen, and bird droppings cut your panel output. We climb the ladder so you don't have to — water-fed pole, RODI water rinse, no panel-walking, no scratches.
You've probably noticed…
Why people end up here.
-
The energy bills creeping up despite the panels being there.
-
The dust line on the array you can see from the ground after a windy week.
-
The bird droppings on the south-facing panels — those don't rinse off in the rain.
-
Knowing you should probably have them cleaned but not knowing who does it.
-
Not climbing on the roof yourself — and not wanting whoever does to be walking across your panels.

How we work
Start to finish.
-
Tell us about the system
Array size, roof pitch, and what the panels are mounted to. Photos help — especially of the panels themselves and the roof access path.
-
We schedule and arrive on time
Pick a window that works for you. We show up when we said we'd show up.
-
We clean from the ladder, not the panels
Water-fed pole and a soft-bristle head do the work. RODI water rinses spot-free. We never walk on the array.
-
The come-back guarantee
If you spot anything we missed within 7 days, we come back at no charge.
FAQ
Common questions.
-
How often should solar panels be cleaned?
Most Tri-Cities homes do well on an annual schedule, with a second pass after wildfire season if it was a bad year for smoke. Heavier tree cover or nearby agriculture (dust, pollen, bird traffic) can push you to twice a year.
-
Will cleaning actually improve my output?
Yes, but how much depends on how dirty the panels were and how shaded your roof is. Heavy soiling can cut output 10-25%. Light dust is closer to 3-5%. We'll give you a realistic read after we see the array.
-
Do you walk on the panels?
No. We use a water-fed pole from a ladder. Walking on panels can crack cells under the glass — the damage doesn't always show up until output drops months later.
-
Can pressure washing damage the panels?
Yes. So can the wrong soap or scrubbing tool. Solar panels need low pressure, a soft brush, and mineral-free water.
